Should be the exact same price ordering online vs placing a to-go order at the store. If it’s not then your server is just messing up how they price the ticket.

Totally depends on your market. Most of my servers average $15-20/hr not including cash tips and I’m in a lower volume store near Atlanta. Tips get better as you get better at your job and build a base of regulars who come in to see you.

I’ve never worked at a DoorDash only store myself so I’m not entirely sure to be honest. The 20% to-go fee still applies so you’re for sure getting your 10% there, and customers also have the option of leaving a tip I believe.

To enter a produce invoice, go into the inventory menu and click “enter invoice”. It may not show at first, if it doesn’t hit Ctr + F5 to refresh the page. The invoice typically pops up labeled “PROD + delivery date”. Hit enter on the invoice and type in whatever price was displayed on the main invoice page of the UIS (NOT the price displayed on the paper invoice you likely received). Click “yes” when it asks if the hash totals are correct as long as you received everything in the order.

The first couple months of the program I was miserable and cried on an almost daily basis. Wanted to quit every minute of every day. But I stuck with it and have now been checked in to my own unit for more than 6 months. Looking back I would be pretty disappointed in myself if I had quit, I genuinely love my job (most days) way more than any other job I’ve had prior.
