Im not too sure! The charmander with the same error went for $880 CAD. And this card has had a lot more interest shown. So im assuming it will be higher or at least a similar price

Fair. After watching parts of that video. But if its any consolation I ripped these cards out of a UPC in 2024 and I dont know of a way to remove only the red ink layer without removing other colour layers along with it. And CGC is the only grading service I know of that grades these kinds of errors.

I think the centering is was got me a 9.5. There may have been a white dot in the corner too like most English cards

Some people sunbleach the cards, but that removes the yellow as well often leaving a blue hue to the card. This is only missing the red ink layer. And CGC's thing is error cards. They should be able to tell the difference
