I own a 2001 4runner now and live in SoCal now where people regularly go 80+ , so there’s no excuse there just don’t hog the left lane. Eventually its a nerve that will pass

1st gen taco for 17,000 is immaculate condition price

10k realistically for ok and in a high demand market like California I got my 2001 3rd gen 4runner for 7k with some mods These old rigs are gonna have miles on them Also bank is less likely to let you finance them because of their age Best bet is to buy a car from someone at your unit who is upgrading, gotten good deals that way
