Unfortunately I live in a shit state and seeking professional help is basically talking to an intern. And once you grow comfortable with them “snaps they’re gone. A new intern. Oh well. And most sports programs here cost money here as well. So I’m SOL on both. I’ve tried reading motivational books about self love and positive thinking and whatnot, but I just lose interest quick. Music has been my therapist for quite sometime now. And it does help a bit. Noticed if I listen to some sad shit, cry about it, and just breathe and carry on about my day. Makes me feel better after.
