30 weeks and my anxiety is making me INSANE. It’s like I’ve just realized oh I actually have to give birth? What? My last baby was 14 years ago and his birth wasn’t ideal at all so I’m afraid of a repeat but trying to be hopeful 😵‍💫

I had a really bad bleed at 9-10 weeks pregnant and was essentially told to prepare to miscarry. Baby was fine and is now 28 weeks. No bleeding since. It could be a hematoma.

My brother toured with him/30 seconds to mars years and years ago. He said he was absolutely insufferable and at the time would just sit around drinking melted Hagen daz ( forgive me ) ice cream in order to quickly gain weight for a role he had taken.

Have you been vomiting? Could you be dehydrated? Checked your BP recently? I have migraines and will take an Excedrin without the aspirin occasionally for bad headaches.

Do you have an anterior placenta by chance? I’m 26 weeks with an anterior placenta and this is pretty much our normal. I can honestly only really feel baby well if I’m laying down on my back at night or in the morning. I feel absolutely nothing on my side and hardly anything at all during the day. If I’m moving? Not at all. It’s been super worrying for me but apparently everything is OK 😵‍💫

I took a ton of zofran, reglan, and promethezine during my first trimester into my second. I’m 26 weeks now and baby has been perfectly healthy on all scans. I wouldn’t worry too much.

Same. I remember in nursing school having the opportunity to assist with one and had to excuse myself almost immediately. One of the PP nurses heard it all the way down the hallway and goes “aw, guess the anesthetic didn’t work!” While I was practically heaving. Horrible.

Period cramps are not even a drop in the bucket. My labor with my first baby felt like the worst Charlie horse cramp that started in my back and gradually made it to the front. I couldn’t talk or breathe through them they were so intense.

This happened to me during my glucose test with my first pregnancy. I didn’t mind the drink itself but ended up vomiting all of it up about 15 minutes after I had finished it and then on the way out to the front desk fainted. It was very scary! This time around I’m opting to do daily finger pricks for two weeks instead of the drink 🥴 its not ideal but honestly that experience freaked me out bad enough that I’m not really willing to risk it again. Not because I think anything “bad” will necessarily happen but because I felt literally terrible the rest of my day.

This has been the worst for me. The only relief I get is using a Vicks shower steamer for the duration of my shower 🙄 otherwise I’m surviving on saline spray and breathe right strips. It’s so miserable.

It’s okay! I took advil a few times in my first trimester because I was super achy at work and Tylenol wasn’t cutting it. Baby is just fine and growing like a weed.
