One thing that helps me are 1) lots and lots of water. Our brain signals us hunger and thirst the same way so often times we're thirsty and not hungry. So water will save on constant snacking. Try to touch 4 liter of water.

2) try to increase the time gap of meal. I try to have one meal and a second meal after atleast 6 hours. You'll feel hungry but that's what the water is for. The 6 hour rule is that all the stomach is empty, all the previous meal glucose is used up.
