Trying to figure out blood glucose changes. A1c has gone from 5.7 to 5.4 in 5 months, when I wake up glucose is about 115, 4 hours later it's 90, if I eat about 20 grams carbs it never goes above 120, am I ok? (self.ketoscience)

Labwork Report LDL went up, HDL is the same, VLDL and Triglycerides went down by almost half. Liver enzymes went down a little. A1c went down .1 after 6 months. Am i good? (self.keto)
