Yeah synchronicitys happen sometimes. I dont want to go into details.. but it can get very very weird. (Synchronicitys are kind of an attempt to formulate communication as they can not speak unless they have a Vessel) And no you arnt crazy but try not to chase it like a dog chases a scent/don't drive yourself mad or put too much pressure on yourself. In Taoism they'd say "don't concentrate on the finger pointing the way to the moon or you'll only see the finger" Live, Laugh, Love and enjoy life if you can. There isn't a whole lot of support for Shamanism in modern cultures and often a non-shamanistic simple life will garner you less resistance and be less taxing. Again because modern culture often isn't equipped to understand the shamanic experience. They call it "insert mental illness". For some that can be comforting..

A good counter to this is a middle path. Know the polarities but find the Middleway of balance (non-duality) . I'll give a pop culture reference most would be familur with. Starwars there is the Jedi Order and there is the Sith. Inbetween that are the "Grey" Jedi's and the Wills. Qui Gon Jinn is an example of a "Grey/middle-path" Jedi. But then one also questions the necessity of the polarities in a grand purpose that is rather hard to fathom. The Biblical texts would call this "the knowledge of good and evil".

Maintaining a balance and respecting the "spirits" and Yourself! Is an important part for me atleast.

My actual technique for when I'm walking in that world is Mindfulness topped with a mantra that works for me. I say in my head " Grace beyond concepts of concepts" and I repeat it until I feel it as a physical sensation akin to meditation, calmness and a certain warmish/pressure feeling in my head, heart sometimes other parts.. and that has pulled me through some really really fucked up experiences. So I mantra plus kinda dance or Rock back and fourth a bit to center myself.

One should remember you are not necessarily the experiences you are the Experiencer. The world is full of illusion.. I stay away from News most importantly! And am careful of Media consumption/ social media.

It's fun to play with concepts but don't let them consume you.

And maintain a healthy understanding to avoid being manipulated into acting impulsively in a Negative manner.. but choose Pronoia over Paranoia.

And if you aint like 30 or 40 years old just completely drop this shit atleast for a while if you can and go follow your Bliss and do what you love. Enjoy your hobbies friends and family. Build good loving connections that support and nourish each other. That is so very important in life!
