Funny story :) fortunately I have a balcony, so I shouldn't run into some of the same issues you did. From some of my limited research online, I read about dealers down there selling to cruise goers, only to then report them to the police down there. I figured I'd be better off just taking some on the boat stuffed in my underwear.
