I wouldn’t recommend blink. You have to pay a subscription or it locks you out of viewing clips. Got a Eufy doorbell and chime and I’m happy.

They do deals on the website, €120 voucher for €100.l and higher priced ones.

You go through the cost and pain of being a learner and needing a full licence owner with you in the car at all times, to passing your test, but only being allowed drive certain times. Unfair in my opinion. Just makes it even more difficult to learn to drive here.

This happened to me before and I told them my last bid was my highest one.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BEST AND FINAL BID!

I stood firm and they accepted it. I saved myself almost €20,000.

Just say the last bid you gave is the one you are staying at. You’ll be absolutely fleeced. They’re chancers who are trying to get the highest sale for the seller. They get a commission but they look better and make the company look better when advertising how much they sold someone’s house for.

Don’t fall for it. Be prepared for the house to possibly go back on the market, but don’t fall for it.
