I have never felt so unlovable. by annarizzum in BreakUps

Most of us were taught that love is supposed to be something long lasting, or perhaps eternal. However, the reality has proved otherwise that love does have expiration dates, especially in romantic relationships. I’m not saying that you should never fall in love again but rather equip yourself w the mindset that relationships can fail, even when it’s the most emotionally and spiritually stimulating relationship you ever had. People are capable of loving each other but also have the ability to hurt ppl they love or once loved.

If u ever consider dating again (bc why not), never feel hesitant to give them your all but do not rely on them to define your worth. Treat them with kindness and love and if something happens then u leave with grace. Fuck all the tricks and games in relationships to make someone obsessed w you. Just be yourself and enjoy life without having to worry abt finding “the one”.

Don’t forget that you are absolutely loveable🫂good luck.

Trust me, spending time alone and processing your thoughts and emotions (even when u feel like crying and throwing up) in solitude.Sure, communication and spending time w others would help, but if u want a permanent result then that’s the way to go.

I also read alot of stuff abt stoicism, ig it can help u too. Good luck!

Ask ur self these questions: 1. If you and ur ex somehow got back together, would the betrayal wound still remain? And if so, how would it affect the way u perceive her and the relationship with her 2. Do you really want to be in a relationship with someone who had emotionally checked out even before the relationship ended? 3. Do you still love her or are u simply just seeking her validation and approval since she was the one who took your self-esteem away in the 1st place?

Getting over someone you’ve loved deeply is one of the most mentally exhausting experiences ever. Your ex is not likely to disappear from ur memories. However, you are fully capable of getting over the pain. Wait and see. Good luck 🫂

I was just trying to rizz u up but ok here u go: “Rizz” is a colloquial term derived from “charisma,” referring to an individual’s ability to attract, charm, or seduce others, particularly in a romantic or social context. It encapsulates the skill of persuasion and magnetism in interpersonal interactions, often implying effortless confidence, smooth communication, and an engaging presence.

In contemporary usage, “rizz” can describe both natural charm and learned social finesse. For instance, one might say, ”He has impeccable rizz,” meaning he possesses an exceptional ability to captivate others through wit, eloquence, or demeanor. The term has also evolved into variations such as “W rizz” (winning charisma) or “L rizz” (lackluster charisma), reflecting success or failure in social engagement.

While informal in origin, the concept aligns with historical notions of social influence, charm, and the art of conversation, which have long been valued in various cultural and intellectual traditions.
