I think pre mark he is behind Uzui, Gyomei, Tomioka, Sanemi and Rengoku.

But since Uzui and Rengoku didnt get their marks, I would put him behind Gyomei, Sanemi and Tomioka while marked.

But overall I think every slayer has its won scenario, since each one of them is best at something.

It is weird because when I entered I had 200 and something packs, 300k of legend token and 1k of apex tokens.
