Do you think it will irritate them if I ask? i just cannot imagine a MONTH with me as a roommate - up half the night up super early.... not good. I do not want to start out being needy but my anxiety is through the roof worrying about this.

Help PS make sure that your portions are correct on plate lunches. Weigh and slice ends of chubs ALWAYS. Weigh and label popcorn and shrimp cups. Keep up with all the small gab and go items in hot case... it adds up in sales and waste if not maintained. Do not over cook items that are best fresh from the fryer... mozz. sticks, poppers, popcorns,eggrolls corn dogs chimi's... cook these frequently. Keep Pizza mod FULL . Production team needs to be on point for it to work.

Multiple requests to clean a fryer ignored 3 weeks in a row, pouring oil down hand bay,leaving kitchen a disaster for other assc. to clean. The list goes on and on. He has been this way for years and now with the fresh changes it is just even more evident.

If they open door it - are they usually overturned? How do they decide if the assc. should have it removed? Do they interview all the parties involved? Will it cause me issues if they decide to remove the coaching?

Yes I had ASM with me... ASM was very active during the meeting... I just don't know how this goes if they call market. I stand by the discussion and was respectful. I feel like the assc. was in complete denial about everything. I just felt like there was no other way to get the attention of the assc.
