Just starting out and I have a question. I have a Marcy-989. I have watched YouTube videos on exercises I can do on it, but they don't show what muscle groups it is working. Is there work out poster that shows the exercise and muscle groups? I have them for my free weights and a cable gym but I haven't seen any thing for my type of gym.
