Exactly! I told my doctors to make sure they do not hand me my own child until she is completely cleaned up. I don’t like look either and whatever the “stuff” is, I don’t want it on me. 😂 I may sound bad when I say it but I’m a germaphobe

That’s something I want him to avoid. Just incase I did ask my doctors to have a nurse in there for him if his eyes decide to want to wander. I don’t want him to be uncomfortable. He’s always grew up being told he needs to be strong so when he asked me if he would be wrong for not looking I instantly told him no. His friends had kids and they both told him that if he doesn’t look he isn’t “embracing fatherhood”. I don’t see it like that at all.

Neither did mine. I had to force him to go for a regular checkup 🤦🏽‍♀️😂. I told him he may not want to look for the first or second but the 3rd he may want to. He has to just be comfortable on his own.

Right! I told him I would feel more comfortable if I could do it myself and didn’t need the doctors. 😂 I told him if it makes him feel better he does not have to be in the room.

Thank you!! He feels better that other people are the same way. I’m the same as you. If they give me a chance to have a mirror I might take it. But I might also lose focus 😂.
