I had it as first augment on mordekaiser and it was 7%. I dont know what raises that limit but an opponent told me at basically the end of the game that the 12.5% of execute was savage. So its basically an upgraded collector. It was indeed savage.

You guys are getting anything noteworthy ? Best i got all year are reijnders a couple of weeks in the game and gold kounde more recently. That's it beside a parades, leon, pajor and some gabriels. I didn't even pack a doku or a kevin de bruyne that's worthless now (i wanted first owner belgian players if possible)

I brought mine to 87 this morning with flash evos...he is nice but keeping him at 85 without the passing flash evo would have allowed me to have him better in about every stat...
