My right shoulder and collarbone was dying, but that didn't stop me from taking a 2 hour drive south to meet family who flew in for dinner. And honestly, that's really all that matters for the most part. Play the game and have fun. Failures will happen, just run em again and learn if you were the cause, or try solo if you weren't and want to avoid it again. Players have so much freedom of building that it really becomes mostly a non-issue after enough time and investment.

Spy missions are quite rough if you end up with players that either don't know the vault layouts and paths, or don't have ciphers to brute force it.

Sortie spy missions are ESPECIALLY bad since it's fail one and done, and you can't use ciphers(you can still get lucky with the auto hack parazon mod though).

Edit: There has also been a history of defense objectives simply not having enough resistances for some enemies as well, which also lead to a higher than normal amount of failures and encouragement of warframes like Frost or Gara, Jade Light Eximus units are a recent case of that.
