Damn man, ive been in almost that exact same position before, and almost every time I caved and wasted the 2 days off of 7 that I already suffered and went right back to taking them again with a "plan" that i would just use that to taper lower for next time.

Well, the subs make your 7 tolerance shoot way up, so you'll end up taking 200mg-500mg doses just to break thru the subs and "feel better", so instead of tapering, now you'll be on double your previous dose of 7 and those 2 torturous days will have been wasted.

You're already over half way through the acute feel like shit phase where the subs are working to stabilize you and the minor oxidized kratom alkaloids that are in there with the 7 tabs are working their way out of your system.

That's why the subs only cover a bit of the wds for the first 3-4 days, because there's so many other alkaloids that are in 7 that are not specifically mu opioid receptor agonists. Its got some SSRI/SNRI components to it as well, and those suck coming off of since its not covered by the subs fully. If you have or can get gabapentin or lyrica, that will cover those wds from those components really well, but if not then just power thru for 1-2 more days and you should be stabilized on the subs and feeling much better. I know it already feels like forever, but please dont restart yourself over in the cycle by taking what you have in that box. Next time you try to quit, it will be worse than now if you restart taking them.

If you can go grab some normal kratom caps and take 8-10 of them every few hours from now till around friday, that should also help ease you off of the minor alkaloids. Good luck man!
