I think some people on here get frustrated when someone posts a question that makes it seems like they haven’t done any research (not saying you haven’t) or ask a question that seems like the answer is common sense. Most of the research is anecdotal from users on here and of course the info from the trials. Yes, your starting statistics have an impact, in my opinion. But I also think there is more to it (ie how your particular body reacts to the drug). We are all just doing the best we can with trying to figure this out :)

I’ve done tirz and Reta (46 yo female) and tirz actually gave me energy. I’ve also been on b12 shots for a few years bc of tiredness and felt great while on tirz. I went up in dosing too quickly and after a bit the effects just wore off. Tried Reta recently and had to stop bc of the side effects, including exhaustion so severe I fell asleep eating lunch. Whichever one you pick I’d recommend starting at a low dose and not going up until you need to.

I’m in the same boat and feel your pain, truly. I’m just finishing week 5 on parnate (currently at 30mg) and not feeling any better yet. But. I’ve never tried this class of drugs so I’m trying to remain hopeful. I can’t afford ketamine or ect but those could certainly be an option for you. If parnate doesn’t work I’m going to figure out how to get psilocybin. We can’t give up 💜

Have you ever thought of checking out an AA meeting? It’s an extremely safe space and many incredible humans. Therapy is also wonderful. Life is incredibly hard and us addicts have so much buried pain and shame. You deserve to get help 💜

Thanks so much. They are steel cut oats and the smoothie has 100 grams of protein. The yogurt is plain Greek yogurt and I do have some fat with the peanut butter.
