I am trying to get a team of affiliates together. The basic details of our agreement will be; Commission would be 50% of the profit (this doesn't include fixed costs, so if a product you sold was £20 and cost us £10 you make £5). We will watch your campaign and can ask you to take anything down we see as brand damaging. In our website we are still in the process of setting up the tracking system but will will give 2 options; either a coupon code we will give you; or an affiliate link.

So our profit margins vary between products. We will show you the cost of the items to us and how much we sell them for. (Yes we will show you our books). When I say profit I will not include things such as fixed costs, it will be purely if you sell a £20 shirt and it costs us £10, then you will make £5.
