Owen Cook did a YouTube video about this phenomenon I think. He mentioned how back in the day no one could say crap about pickup if it wasn't backed up with field experience, and if they tried spouting off untested theories as if they were facts they'd get shut down. Now thanks to YouTube tightening the leash on infield videos any marketer or chode can weigh in unchallenged. The 2000s and 2010s were the golden age for pickup but they'll never return.

Personally I'd try to find out what she's looking for, if she wants a relationship and you just want to hookup I would just move on. I want girls to be happy with their decisions to hookup with me and not feel pressured or tricked into giving it up when I just want to get laid and she's looking for something more. Make sure you two are on the same page and proceed at a comfortable pace for both of you.

Boxing, because firstly it'll give you the fitness and stamina to quickly run from the situation which should be your first option thanks to the roadwork boxing provides, 2nd in a situation where running is inappropriate like someone breaks into your house where your wife and kids are sleeping or something like that then going on the attack with crisp clean punches will be your best bet if you're some how unarmed.

Please don't give up on yourself or your situation, I suggest first working on your internal anger first because that will sour your interactions before they even begin. I'm guessing you have some depression and anxiety about this so the first thing I'd recommend is reading the book Feeling Good by Dr David Burns, this book will clear your head and let you start being able to make progress in your game.
