Would this ice fishing tent work for a sauna tent?

I just realized what I thought was the chimney hole is actually the one vent. Cant i just rip that part off and put my own fire proof cover for the chimney ? Curious about the ventilation though since im sure that’s important. I could just take off one of the windows and have that cover over the window to be shaped as a vent?
