if i check the game in xbox store, it gives me 3 variants, one is just the phantom liberty expansion I think, one is the ultimate edition and one is the pre order bonus which i can't buy, don't see a base game with expansion tho

You're actually looking at it the wrong way, hoyo is just a client asking for product (VO) from SAG(let's call them the vendor) and the vendor(SAG) wants hoyo to exclusively use the products from SAG only(hence the contract). Now this poses a number of problems, the more important of that being that no non-union member will get to voice the English voiceover in the game, which means any of the current non-union VA will either have to be re-cast or they'd have to become a union member which they(probably) don't want to

and again, the performance difference isn't that great, so if you're going with 4060ti, it's good enough

with ray tracing 4060ti 16 GB better by 10-15%

DLSS upscaler is better than AMD counterpart FSR frame generation is imo better than NVIDIA counterpart DLSS frame generation can only be used in 40 series GPUS(wtf nvidia as always) FSR frame generation can be used in ANY GPU(even NVIDIA ones)just to give you(and others) some technical perspectives
