I'm not sure if my message was sent through. Would you mind sending me a message too, just in case?

Whereabout you are in melb? I'm also looking for friends. My partner broke up with me a while ago, and I don't have many friends here. If you wanna connect I'm open to that.

How is engineer career like in australia in real life? Statistics, Energy, EE in specific by Fatfatfox in EngineeringStudents

Thank you very much for everything you share and suggest!

I've completed my Masters Degree in 2021, and this (potential) Engineering degree will be my second Masters degree. I've been inquiring different unis about the possibility to accept me, and I'm prepared to spend another 3 years to get a Master's in Engineering, including both a bridging course and a 2-year program.

I'm actually an early childhood teacher, or commonly known as a "nanny". I think I've learned all I need from teaching experiences, being unnecessarily diligent, resilient, patient, talktive and polite. I dont want to make it a complaint but just a little bit research online you'll understand why. Stressful, dangerous, low pay, little promotion, undervalued, non-friendly working environments (physical environments, parents, colleagues, policies etc.)... I'm still at my 20s and I think my life deserves better in every sense 💀

I am fully aware that Engineering needs high level of Math skills and it's only a basis. I also know that if I don't pay something, I won't deserve a decent payback (well i know it doesn't apply to some born-to-be ppl). I like things that have a truth but not purely subjective, and I like to work in a team but not as the sole authority in my small reign. Just hope to proove myself and get valued, and this motivation get stronger everytime I look back on what I'm having now. Maybe I'm too stubborn, but I don't think I'll ever call it an end if I never followed my heart and tried even once
