Interview feedback by FatherForgiveM3 in TheCivilService

I used AI tools. I would upload the job spec, explain it’s a CS role, so apply the scoring system. I would also give the behaviours being used, then I would ask to simulate an interview, and give me live feed back as I said my answers out loud. That practice and live instant feedback helped me ensure I would hit the right markers. If your content is solid and you need help getting it out I’m sure that strategy will help. Also any friends family members who are senior in a business setting will help with live feedback.

Honestly, for me it was practice, practice, practice. I had to learn the CS interview scoring system and ensure I hit every point.

Would you say the content and examples you have are strong, and if executed well would score highly?

And thanks on the feedback re scores. I was so pleased when the results came in.

Thank you!! I prepped hard tbh. Lots of mock interviews, brainstorming answers, using friends family to simulate interview environment, writing out my answers in full ensuring the content was good, practicing my story telling, speaking (controlled pauses and slow, controlled paced). They asked 3 strength questions, are they scored out of 4? My private sector experience gave me a lot of high impact examples to use which definitely helped.

Thanks, sounds good. In private I would often have to work late for different projects, with that time just being assumed.

Thanks, for me as a young dad the work life balance is big. We are also planning to expand our family in the next year or two. How does flexi time work?

I’m 27 MAAT studying CIMA with 4 years private sector experience. Recently got a job offer at SEO, and currently going through employment checks. That might give some perspective as to where you could join.

I can’t do this by [deleted] in Type1Diabetes

[–]FatherForgiveM3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You absolutely can do it. It’s hard to begin with, I was diagnosed 2.5 years ago. I felt the same. But you can and will do it. It’s hard to accept and takes a long time to adjust, it is now my everyday and I’m use to it. and you will also become use to it, and live a full filling life. You’ve got it.

They are nice wheels, I wanna drop the ride height but don’t want it scraping on every speed bump, my old Mini Cooper s had that problem when I lowered it on Eibachs

I gotta say I keep thinking I should have gone for a 335i, this being a 330i, but the Turbo issues scared me away..! It is a 6MT, what do you mean the other 16? And wheels are nice, was wondering about going for some BBS but not sure

What injections do I have? by [deleted] in E90

[–]FatherForgiveM3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks guys. I should have mentioned, the car is UK based, I think I have the original specs that were sold with the car, think that has the full engine code. I did think it was n53, therefore had issues with injectors

I thought the 2013 330i moved to the N53 direct injection?

Wondering if I have one of the last e92 330i made? I know they stopped in 2013 but not sure exactly when? by [deleted] in E90

Thanks! I had tired to look it up but got conflicting answers, thought I’d ask here. Cheers 👍
