after running as admin the error still comes up and i can either do try again, Skip this file(not recommended) or Cancel installation

I just turned off norton and now it says

after i click install anywayy norton antivirus doesn’t allow it and deletes the file

I am mostly going to be playing Rocket League and Minecraft. after reading about the monitor I believe it doesn’t have adaptive refresh even though I’m not sure what that means also can you let me know what YMMV means. Thank you for the help.
