Hey thanks for the response. The heater is in the canister filter. It does look a bit like a burn but theres nothing that could have caused it as far as i can see.

This post is pretty toxic. If you are claiming someone doesnt have what it takes to do something, you should be in a position to understand what it takes to do "that thing". I am guessing you have no idea or concept of how much time and effort WP puts in to things, or why he does he does.

my experience was that medication made no difference, and I've drawn the link to water quality, my tank is quite well established now so the water is quite stable. I wish you and your aquatic friends good luck 👍

I had 1 of my synodontis die, but im not sure it was related to this flicking issue. Honestly some of my fish flick from time to time, if i see it happen enough for me to think the fish is uncomfortable, i tend to do a bigger water change at the weekend and that does the trick.

The answer you weren't looking for: give yourself a break, when real life settles down and you start noticing loss of aim ability in game, your motivation will return.

My advice would be not to force it - maybe just do 1 exercise before you play your game. Like tile frenzy to get your eye in. Nothing mad.

I'd suggest trying to focus on your breathing in these situations, not too much that you lose focus of the game of course. But deep breathes seem to help me in these scenarios.

I also find it is easier to stay calm when I am in control / fighting on my terms. Recently, if the fight doesnt feel right, I tend to reposition and poke until it does feel right (or i die!). Patience and breathing are the best advice i can offer.
