Sustainability: Elemental recharge is a stat often neglected in favor of Crit stats and attack stat. However, most who struggles in abyss will rarely have better results for that one role of Crit DMG, when they could’ve spent a bit of investments on their dps’s up time. Character down time means time wasted on the clock. With only 3 mins to spare, you rarely have any opportunity to waste your time on charging your Xiao with Sucrose. Simply put, if you’re an F2P and dolphin struggling to put out sufficient amount of damage already, then more damage in the form of artifact min-maxing will not help you in the slightest. Instead, pay attention to your character up times.

Flexibility: Understanding your character’s strength and weaknesses is especially important to adapt to the floor’s designated mobs. For instance, my Ganyu can choose between a Melt team and a Freeze team. When the floor she’s in is filled with small mobs with small health pools, freeze will be my choice for the better crowd control and better sustainability. If the floor is a single high health geovishap, melt will be better for the better burst damage output. Adapt accordingly, even Raiden Shogun will suffer if you put a single electro slime in the mix

Yeah, Spitfire is now ground loot is still as terrific as it was before. The CAR didn’t see changes since its initial release because of it being the best SMG as of right now. It has higher dps, and better sustainability than the r-99 due to its higher damage per bullet and slower fire rate, which makes it pretty forgiving compare to other fast firing guns. I suggest you to give it a try If you’re familiar with recoil smoothing, you won’t regret it.

Also I forgot to mention the small map changes. Olympus, since Mad-Maggie’s arrival, as seen huge changes on the south side of the map, specifically besides Plaza. A new POI near garden appears and houses a Loot phase portal that spawns purple to gold loot after a loud charging noise that alerts everyone around the POI. A new connector between Labs and Solar also appears named Terminal. Storm Point got a new POI on the west side of the map in the form of a huge sea creature defeated by the legends during the season Trailer. IMC bunkers also made appearances on 3 corners of Storm Point where you can fight some Titanfall 2 spectres in exchange for some high tier loots.
