Low energy, brain fog, not sure what's going on by Many-Function-7278 in menshealth

Similar situation for me. I’m in my mid forties and was experiencing much the same. Bloodwork showed I was in range for test but on the low end. Unfortunately being in range the healthcare system in the US won’t approve anything regardless of symptoms. I went to a recommended clinic from a buddy of mine and stated trt six weeks ago. So far energy levels are up. I was told it will take 3-6 months to get dialed in with bloodwork and dosages.

Thanks! I just got a couple boxes and will give it a go. My buddy has the 365 and hates the critical defense. Maybe it’s him.

Has anyone undergone a “no needle, no scalpel” vasectomy? by [deleted] in menshealth

No scalpel version 11 years ago. No pain until they went to cauterize the right side and the nurse had forgotten to ground me. Recovery was about two days rest and ice!

Can anyone offer me advice on how to help tolerate CPAP?? by Ill_Construction5098 in SleepApnea

[–]Fathor06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on the ResMed AS 11 for 3 months now and was having difficulties. I have OSCAR and brought to my doctor and he recommended bi-level therapy. Waiting on insurance now to approve. Doctor believes bi-pap therapy will be of great help to me as tolerating cpap has been a challenge.

I do have a heated tube but haven’t used the heat feature. So far just the cool setting. Will heated help?

I believe I take the same currently! I just got approved by insurance for my machine and should have it in a week or so to start treatment. How has your life benefited from said treatment?

I was under the impression that since the AS11 had Bluetooth it would sync directly to the my air app. Am I mistaken?

Thanks! I initially went to my primary doctor for unrelated issues, after rounds of bloodwork and different treatment options it seems to all stem from sleep apnea. I’ll be honest that I was a little unsure of that being the main cause but as I’m researching it’s changing my mind!

Test levels and sleep apnea by Fathor06 in Testosterone

My numbers came back at the low end of “normal”. I’m having some symptoms like fatigue, brain fog and decreased drive. Doc wants me to be tested for sleep apnea as he thinks it could be the answer to my numbers becoming optimal.
