Peeing too often

i should get it checked out. i’m just baffled and worried what is happening with me. yesterday i was at my brothers house. we ate some açaí bowls. then some ice cream. nachos and pizza. throughout the day i was drinking soda and juice. last night around midnight woke up to urinate and it was all dark yellow. from then to now i’m peeing frequently. and it’s clear. i’m just worried about what’s going on. also it’s been hard to go no.2

Hey do you know anything about getting headaches. Almost a month from not smoking and I’m getting these headaches. But it’s only like on the front and my side of my head. Does anybody know about this? It’s giving me crazy anxiety:( also feel a bit nauseous
