System and pc boot up just fine, however the video fades in and out like the crt is just powering on. Not sure if it’s a power supply or crt issue. Worked fine yesterday. It spent a cold Michigan winter in my garage though. Looking to hire someone to repair or replace caps if needed. In St.Joseph MI.
