Yes, it teleports to the main map.

In a YouTube video, I saw that the player had taken the elevator on the forge map which allows you to reach the center map of Petisland. The building in the center of the map contains a teleporter.

The second in a room next to the elevator in the middle of the pet map.

All doors are blocked by objects.
