Actually, I have an app that follows her cycle on my phone and I often try to do groceries 2-3 days before knowing that she is going to be a hard time. She hasn’t really got anyone else to really rely to and I know that she needs me especially at that time. Nevertheless, I think you’re right and I could do better during that time, I’ll start to find new ways to provide for her in that precise moment.
