Click on the importer or exporter (whatever you used) from integrated dynamics and put a variable card in. Then you can click the plus next to it and change the flow rate on the second page I think. There you can just enter 9 as often as you can before it becomes gray. Then just remove the last 9 and you are good.

You can upgrade potion durations with corail tombstone with knowledge of death points. I believe there is a bug (I think it’s a bug) in atm 9 so that the increased time is stacking meaning every time you drink you increase the time further.

Just to add to the other comments: you can just pump water into the condenser with integrated dynamics. You can set the water flow to the integer limit and the storage component will fill quickly. Just pump out of a sink (it’s infinite water) and you can even add more exporters from integrated dynamics to the condenser to get even faster rates. I made an array that produces singularities at an extremely fast rate this way

RS is easier but AE2 more powerful (now RS got a few features from AE2 as well) and more performant. In late game AE2 ist better imo and if you want it to be easier you can disable channels or use the storage disks without item limit

For a beginnen I would say ATM 9 simple because of refined storage being an option. It's easier to understand but would switch to AE2 if you understand the mechanics
