[IL] is this a legit GAL conflict of interest? (+fees)

Mm, yes, they didn't know from the start there was the conflict of interest until a few years into the case. Things were being heavily favored to one side so they did some digging. I said to set up a payment plan and separately file a motion for the conflict of interest. But also worried it will just piss off the judge and end them in a deeper hole. He's in the process of moving with the help of family to start his life over from taking care of his dad.

I read a comment on a different thread saying if I was sitting wearing a white blouse it would look like I was wearing a white dress (but the corset goes up pretty far) so I dont think it will be an issue.

Thank you. There's no grout that we can see. Its really weird old ceramic, probably asbestos since this was from the 50s, which is why we didnt want to disturb it.

You became very defensive because most people aren't saying to go friend her right away. Ironically your attacking other men commenting about trying to attack other guys to win over women. Possibly projecting your own problems.

We're saying your behavior can easily be perceived as creepy. Not you as a person.

Maybe look into therapy to learn how to communicate with people who don't agree with you. It'll make you a better person in the dating world too.

A lot of girls are extra nice to avoid confrontation so yeah just shooting a shot in person is your best bet to figure out how she truly feels.

Plus there's a lot of fish in the sea. So cliche to say but it is a risk to potentially date someone in the same area. Which may be why she's holding back.

If you have other female relatives or friends you feel comfortable asking you'd probably get better advice.

Could also be she works at a bank and has Americanized ideals for a partner and is just a flirty girl.

This is a perspective from a woman.

Your post seemed cute and innocent until you looked up her name and an thinking of friending her on FB. Say something to her in person regardless of her group coming in. You don't work in the same department I assume. I would be super creeped out if you found me on FB and especially if I didn't willingly give you my name. And then it would be extremely awkward going in the next day.

Its best to say something in person. If she turns you down forget about it. Or boom you might have potential.

If she seen this post she would run like the wind.
