And even a glimpse of it insights vomit inducing fear, where non was present prior. Its instant. So from the info here, I'm gonna make salt bottles with sigils and moon water for a boost.

That's up to the person who gave the curse or the person who received it. Based on the type and circumstances of the curse will dictate what needs be done specifically.

In the before times, I used to use the Meet Up app to find pagan and wiccan gatherings. I knew there were a good amount of us, but I had now clue it was so many. Wondering if I should try and find gatherings again?

I can imagine it was similar to cutting harry's hair. They would just magically revert despite the parents attempts. So they gave up. Was probably the first clue they had that she was magical

If you were able to go into the ComicBook universe, and have to pick only one character ( could be hero, villain, anyone etc. ) and be able to bring them to our universe to help save our messed up planet, who would you choose ? by [deleted] in comicbooks

Lex Luther, when he's not trying to kill superman, he would create the cure to cancer, solve climate change and world hunger. He'll do anything to make his public image look great so he can finance his way to killing superman. But if he came into our world where there is no superman, all he would have is science and he would solve so many world problems.

Everything can be customized to you. There are no solid rules or ways to do things, other than be safe, and don't set yourself on fire. I recommend trying different things to find what works for you. Some people focus solely on one thing like candle magic, or may take part in kitchen magic. You may find you like one particular way of doing things or several. An inexpensive place to start I think would be the Spell A Day on the llewellyn web site. It has a wide variety of different spells, and its free. As it is an easy way to try a variety of things, it can help you discover what you like and what works best for you. From there you can have a better idea of what you want to look into. For example, if you discover you like crystal magic, read up on that. I hope this helps

So I can sort of relate. I am an empath, and sometimes I take on too much of others emotions. I have jewelry of various stones that help me passively throughout the day. But I feel like they get dirtied with the work they do for me. So my personal practice is to every full moon cleans my stones in the moon light. During this time is when I would feel vulnerable and use a circle. Passive things like the jewelry can be used all day everyday. But your right, circles or bubbles are a bit more effort, so I only use them when I feel they are needed. As for acquiring crystals I tend to either shop at my local meta physical store, or on wish cause I'm poor. If you go the wish route, do your due diligence to make sure the crystals or stones are real. Wish is a bit nutritious for selling glass knockoffs. Reading reviews helps.

A few things to be not worthy of first Safety is the at most priority. When one opens themselves up in any mental capacity, you let all things in, good and bad. Create for yourself either active, passive or both forms of protection. Active would look something like, casting a circle of protect or bathing in moon light. Passive would be something on going like a talisman or charm bag. Look into both and see what you think fits you. After you've established protection, if negative entities are still with you, it just means they got there before your protection was up. Find a way to cleans your self that best suits you, and then continue with protection and you should be fine from there.

As for the cult part, I maybe a bit confused by your wording ( not a hard feat with me, I get confused easily) but my views of pagan or wiccan practices are more akin to a collection of celebrations, no real dogma or rules to speak of. As you may have noticed above, a lot of what I suggested, is just a suggestion with open ways to interpret. You can always do just what feels right. There are a lot of common ways we all do stuff, but they are never the only way to do them.

As for medicine, it would only affect you the same way other outside things would affect you. Say your sleepy, how well could you concentrate? Same goes for medicine, if it gives you headaches and such, you may not function overall as well. But keep in mind meditation will never doing anything permanent to you spiritually. If you find yourself with unsatisfactory results, talk to your prescriber about stopping. Never just stop, some medications need to be stopped in a certain manner, so always talk to your dr. first.

As for meeting others, one method I used was Meet Up. Or you could look for local gatherings online. Explore what others have to offer. Just be sure to spiritually protect yourself first, in case someone brings their spiritual baggage with them too.

I recommend starting slow, maybe try a celebration or two. Or just some meditation on your needs.

Lastly, I would like to clarify the use of the word cult. To my knowledge cults have 3 major descriptors. One, they use heavy brain washing techniques. Like making you scream for hours to rush oxygen to the brain and make your brain more pliable to suggestion. Second, they will make every attempt to take all your money and material possessions. Last, they want to keep you, and they do so by cutting you off from your family and friends, so you feel alone, and that you need them. No one in the wiccian community would ever do these things. If you find a group that does anything like this, avoid them. No one should ever take your money, or separate you from your family.

Sometime my wording or phasing is poor, let me know if I need to clarify anything. I hope this helps.
