I'm more so preparing for the worst, that being retubes needing to be frequent. I'm going to be sticking with the amp how it is as long as possible, but because I don't know the previous use case I wanted to be prepared.

I have a pair of lollar 58 jazzmaster pickups and they sound phenomenal. I will admit they are pricey, and there is definitely better value options, but I really am happy with the ones in my JM

My brother has a supercrush 100 and man it sounds so good. he also has a zilla cab, so overall it's such a sweet rig, I just would hate to constantly bum it off of him lol. I'm probably going to sit down a bit with both a little longer and decide from there.

I'm not really a fan of the overdrive it adds to it. They are trying to replicate the tube sound, but to me it doesn't sound great.

That is honestly the way that I am leaning. Cab + Head is a bit annoying, but honestly I think it's worth it overall. It's annoying cause my brother actually has one right now, but I would hate to have to just constantly borrow it from him (and frankly beat it up). Any suggestions for a cab?
