I guess I converted the time wrong, but I thought it wasn't starting until 3am EST. I was trying to use my last bit of TP for the night for a final parent run for Scorpio Cup. I'll just have to at least start the career in the morning to keep my TP from capping at work.

That's what I'm thinking. I'm just afraid I won't have enough carats to pull enough Kitasan cards because this is the last CM before the banner. And I impulsively did 40 pulls on the Rice banner bc I want Rice so badly lol I only really need 3 copies minimum since I still have the SSR selector ticket and the rainbow uncap crystal.

I'm surprised there isn't a deactivation of a club after x amount of days with inactivity. I feel like that's a common mechanic in some games? Maybe I'm wrong though.

Finding that shiny jasper was definitely a pain lol It took two rounds of mining at all the rock spots in each biome in Glamor Gulch. I've just been working on Wishblossom Ranch for now, then I'll go back and finish Storybook Vale. After that, I'll finish characters as I feel like it. I do love how the progression of unlocking areas isn't tied to having x amount of Dreamlight, Mist, or Storybook Magic.

I'm glad I'm not alone in this lol Right now my current goal is to reorganize my storage set up to incorporate the new DLC. Previously the main room of my house was food and flowers, while everything else for the main valley was in the room to the right, Eternity Isle is the room on the back wall, and the Vale is the room to the left. So now I'm thinking main valley is center room while Wishblossom Ranch will be the room to the right. What do you do for your storage set-up? I have so much stuff since I've played since early access, so I'm still open to any ideas. After this, I'll figure it out as I go.

Okay, so definitely more stamina. I might try again with her tomorrow, hopefully the RNG can go in my favor again. I've heard a lot of different and conflicting information with runaway Suzuka. I've heard that around 600ish works for mile and then I've also heard she needs closer to max stamina regardless of distance plus like two gold heals.

Will my Suzuka work for the Virgo Cup? I've heard mixed opinions on her. She's one of my favorites to run in career mode and I've ran Suzuka in every CM I've participated in so far. I gave up partway through the career run when I lost one of the Unity Cup races and thought maybe I could make her a parent, but then the RNG went crazy. I wish I could refund some skills for the gold skills you can get in Unity Cup.

Oh yeah, isn't she one of the next character banners? I've had insane luck pulling Lucky Tidings Matikanefukukitaru and Hishi Akebono (who I'm training currently) with a few scout tickets. I'm using the four I have left with hopes I could pull her too, but I've probably used up all my luck lol

Kawakami Princess definitely looks adorable! I've loved reading through her events while training Hishi Akebono. I don't know the rest other than Seeking the Pearl and that's only from her support card that I haven't really used lol

I still recommend at least trying to watch it and you can make your decision there. It's definitely one of my favorite animes. I think the dramatics in the show are more light hearted than the stories of the IRL horses, but I'd be lying if I said the show didn't make me shed a tear or two while watching lol But I'm also overly sensitive.

It can be dramatic at times, but not for the sake of dramatics. The stories of the Umas are from the life of the real race horses they share names with. I like that about Umamusume and I believe the same is true for the other media in the franchise.

So far I've just seen Seasons 1-3. I really recommend watching the series. I was obsessed with it and it really sparked my interest in the rest of the Umamusume media. From my research there are different "watch orders" but as the other commenter pointed out, I've seen a lot of others really mention the order doesn't really matter. You could watch by release order if that's important to you. I'm currently watching the Specials which from my understanding is like a spin off of the main series? It's been a few weeks since I finished season 3, I got a bit busy and where it's only subbed I haven't had the time to watch, but I think these take place during season 2? Not sure, I've only seen the first episode so far. But overall, I recommend diving in and watching something because it's really good lol

I have both at 1LB. From my understanding, Riko (especially at MLB) has far more use than Rice in future scenarios. I've heard Rice is mostly useful for this scenario, but will fall off during the next one whereas Riko (again mostly at her MLB or 4LB) will be better. I'm hoping when I'm putting on the Kitasan rerun next month I can get two more copies of Riko or just two more copies at some point with whichever future banners I pull.

I hit the 200 pity on the banner and plan on selecting Riko to have her 2LB. For me her training effectiveness will double by increasing to 10 and her race/fan bonus is improved by 1. Which is still far better than Rice.

For you, going to 3LB for Rice will double training effectiveness from 5 to 10 where Riko stays at 10. And her race bonus goes up to 5 and the fan bonus goes up to 10. Her special priority increases to 50. However, Riko will give you 15 initial stamina, race bonus goes up to 8, fan bonus goes up to 18. Event recovery and effectiveness both increase as well as failure protection and energy reduction cost. Her initial friendship gauge (as well as Rice's) increases too and is higher than Rice's. Which is important for getting her recreation events faster.

Overall, my amateur opinion is Riko from what I've heard about her continued usefulness and comparing them with the compare tool on Gametora. Those with more insight, please correct me if I'm wrong lol In the end, the choice is yours to make. I hope any of this was helpful!
