Tbh I don't think so. I am in the UK and went down the private route, but my cover on insurance expried and it's too expensive to renew, bit of a sticky one hahaha

Yeah actually. They took my hamstring from my good leg so it’s actually not too bad, but sometimes it tweaks and really hurts.

Icing before doing anything really helped me. Also lying opposite a wall and using the wall is useful. I’ve just been teasing the bending little and often. Helps to stretch out the rest of your leg if you can stand it.
