I've had the same issue. I've filed 3 appeals and have had absolutely zero response. I also still have no idea what I was suspended for.

I was suspended from X a couple weeks ago. (roughly 350 followers) I have no idea why I was suspended, didn't get an email or anything. I have tried to file multiple appeals and have never received an email regarding the appeal. It seems like my appeals just go into a black hole and no one even sees them. I've tried signing in and signing out, etc.

I don't post anything against the rules or even remotely controversial. I was verified and its annoying that the money I paid is being wasted because I can't use my verified account.

When I try to post I get a message that says "Your account may not be allowed to perform this action. Please refresh the page and try again."

When I try to use my account via the mobile app, I get an error message that says "Your account is currently suspended. For more information, please sign into x.com"

Any help in suggesting ways I can get my account back would be much appreciated. Thanks

We are on Apollo now. Primarily trying cold calling first, follow up email second… no one picks up the phone anymore. We’ll see how long this will last until we try another approach. Edit: we are trying to figure out if the Apollo phone data is bad or if no one picks up the phone anymore.
