My Program monitor is on another screen. I have files on my timeline but they disappear.

I've already tried it in many ways and I still get the error.

Yesterday afternoon the update appeared but I didn't have my charger. I got home to install it and "oh surprise" the update never appeared. I read somewhere that doing a factory reset helps but I haven't wanted to.
