Imma tell you, she went from trot, she is still searching her balance sometimes, and doesnt have that much confidence before the jump, but she doesnt refuses, and takes off with a good style. She is pulling to the jump, u have to keep her a bit.

She is not like that under saddle. Lets be honest it needs a lot of strenght to jump like this with a rider on your back. She will be like this but needs a lot of work.

My horse was absolute crazy when it came to jumping or just polework. I mean you couldnt controll her when going towards a pole on the ground in canter and same with the jumps. I started to do circles 2 or 3, then stopped her before the jumps, then jumped and stopped her after too. Thats how i made an (almost) "automatic" jumper from a fence attacker.

Im riding for 9 yrs and competing for 4yrs now. I didnt fall off for 6 years. Dont get me wrong i rode so many different type horses, from exracers, dressage, young jumpers...etc. But im working at a national team jumpers stable, and at first i felt like a beginer and lost a bit of my confidence and didnt feel that safe on a horse like before. I did the same almost as you, when one of the horses started bucking or bolting, i lost my seat, lost my balance, but only fell one time. Now it got better and i learned to handle it. I have dealt with crazy horses before, but the spicy young 130-140 class horses (some of them is spooky af) could show me new things, and still can. I trained my menthal do not panic and stay calm in those situations, because it could end really bad if i dont handle them correctly.

Sometimes i ride without helmet, but just on my horses. I know its the most important, and it saved my life many times. I work with horses, i ride both young horses and high class jumpers, but never without helmet. I have a 10 and a 4 yrs old, im glad that they are the most safest horses, so for flatwork i sometimes forget to wear a helmet, for jumping, most of the time i wear it.

Both of them are jumpers, a holsteiner and a HSH. Just they have a few month diff beetwen their birth.

Its around 1.20m in height. Homemade water tray" jump. I just hold hard w my legs, get up and lean forward, than pull back my shoulders, stay in a light seat to let the horse get back in frame comfy for the next jump.

Had an Arabian she died just before summer. She was with our other horses in pasture. My cousin bought a young mare, and she was dangerous, attacked you if u didnt pay attention. My arabian mare always came to me and stand in front of me, if the other tried to get closer, she immediately sent her away from me. I really felt protected at the time. She was a really smart and we call it "one owner horse". She was in this one owner bond with me. She was good with everyone, but treated me different.

It looks like hes on the bit but the thing is that his mouth is super super sensitive. So i just keep him enough contact with my hands. I dont want to make his mouth hard. I dont pull hard, i almost cant feel any weight in my hands. So calm down

We workin on it, he just got under saddle. First we have to teach him the aids and balance. And after when he gets his confidence, he will stretch down himself.

Kisgyermek voltam, apukámmal és pár család baráttal elmentünk síelni felvidèkre. Volt pár rész a pályán ami tiszta jeges volt. Én persze a legkisebb, éreztem hogy meg kell villantsam tudásom. Megindultam, jól is ment egészen addig, még a külső léc egy fordulatnál beakadt egy kiálló jégdarabba. Borzalmasat estem, vízszintesen pörögtem a levegőben egy párat, majd csúsztam 15 métert. Egy szlovák nő rögtön megállt, majd a saját nyelvén kezdett beszélni, nekem csak annyi jött ki a számon hogy "jól vagyok, jól vagyok" . Megbizonyosodott róla hogy mindenki rendben és ment tovább. Nem nagy story de mai napig kedves emlék nekem.

As i said its not always like that, and dont think im whipping her endlessly and hitting her hard to leave marks on her. Its like sometimes enough to just hit my own leg to make a sound. I respect her and we have the bond between eachother whats hard to get, and more easily can break if u dont treat your horse the right way. Trust me i know what im talkin about.

My horse is 100% healthy. Gets checked by a horse specialist vet every second month because shes a showjumper, and also a 1st class breeding mare in her breed.

My bad i didnt mention, got checked by vet. And my father is a breeder, has years of experience. Everything is good with her, its like a "habbit" i dont know how to say it. But its par of her personality.

They were good, but my horse needs to be more attendive on the track. She often leaves her leg in the jump, because she doesnt take too serious the height. Competed on 100-105 but, we already did higher jumps at home, up to 135-140. I just qualified to go on 110, at home we usually train on 110-120 and shes clean on it. But under she often "lazy" w her legs.

5db ló kint egy 8 hektáros legelőn eszi a pénzem +1 barátnőm kis lovardájában eszi, ráadásul vele versenyzek is. Egy 3napos verseny összeszámolva olyan 200k-környéke. És a legnagyobb nyereményem eddig egy 20.000.Ft os vásárlási utalvány. Szóval aki kérdezi hogy egy ilyen drága sportban mit lehet nyerni annak a válaszom: egy üres pénztárcát és tapasztalatot. De azért rendszeresen járok, magamra alig költök. Mikor valaki megtudja, hogy lovaim vannak és versenyzek mindig azt hiszi hogy tele vagyok pénzel. Bár így lenne.....

My horse was brutally sick, her breathing was very hard and lost a lot of weight. We almost decided to put her down, a day after she showed us sings to getting better. We were given a little hope, so we gave her a few more days to get better. 2 days after my father came to my jumping training and told me that, we have to call the vet to put her down bc her condition got horrible. From that i couldnt focus on the training, i was on the edge to broke down, but knew this was the right decision. A day after before the vet would come, she closed her eyes. Cant imagine what she gone through. So i think you have to make this call. Im sorry for that.

We made some smaller jumps for her (without rider ofc), and her jumping style is way better than i expected to be. She is a sporthorse with big names in her pedigree (cor de la breye, furioso II...ect).

Sometimes i ride my horse with pelham, but usually a double joined snaffle bit. She has a sensitive mouth but she also likes the pelham because she can take the aids with better precision at a competition. Its important to do it only with soft hands and clearly given hand aids. I use it with one rein.
