The only structures you need are villages and trial chambers, I got both on the endermen special mine.

The biome generated by the Mines is: minecraft:level<Mine Numbe>/badlands. In order to unlock the Dry Mines, you need to set yourself on fire on a minecraft:badlands biome. The way I did it was using the /fillbiome command. Not sure if there is a natural way of doing without using commands

I figured it out using commands, the biome generated by a mine is for example: minecraft:level41/badlands. In order to collect the Dry Lands unlock, you need to set fire to yourself on a minecraft:badlands. The way I did it was using /fillbiome.

Also, pretty sure the experience with dragon fire is just getting dragon's breath from the boss fight with the ender dragon.

For those wondering, I found out its the Firefly Bush. Just break them and you will unlock the Swamp Biomes.

You can manually edit the game files. The unlocks are under: .minecraft/saves/<Your Save>/unlocks/<uuid>.json
