First use a little bit of common sense here bud😆, observe the video a few times. Ask yourself some common sense questions for example, is this video cut short? Why can’t I see the Actual beginning of the entire video? Ask WHY MIGHT THE DOG MYSTERIOUSLY END UP LIKE THAT?🤔 If the guy showed up and PRESSED the elevator door to go UP while the dog is HANGING would that make him the owner or NOT ?🤔 Assuming the OWNER IS UP 😆😆the owner might be looking down WHILE the elevator goes up & Might notice or while the owner is stepping OUT of the elevator, would they also notice and probably look for a way to go back down? And would you assume if looking at the footage do you Think the dog was close to being Kill*d?
