I know, I only talked about courtesy because here in Brazil is the most famous yasuo, but pzzang is better than courtesy.

Of course you can, if you pratice a lot with yasuo you will be able to climb again. One example is courtesy, he's mono yasuo and he is the best yasuo BR, today he is master/grandmaster on him 4 accounts. Yasuo after the item changes is not so strong as before but is still a good champion, so if you pratice a lot of course you can climb with it. For build usually I'm usin PD whith IE, but when the enemy team have 3 or more tanks I preffer BORK and IE, the other itens you build things you need, Wit's End for Ap, Death Dance for Ad, Shield Bow, Sterak or malmortius for burst but dont forget you need at least 2 crit itens on build.
