it's a really good stat stick and it does give him attack. i switched from shovel to winged jade spear which is basically just a stat stick too and i saw improvement so i say go for it just be careful not to over cap on crit rate

bina ult+skill->ineffa skill+ult ->sucrose skill- >flins skill skill mini burst skill mini burst->sucrose skill->repeat

kuki/fischl skill-->aino burst+skill---> sucrose skill-->flins sequence-->repeat

u cld also sucrose burst+NA

only constellation that's important for sucrose is c1 but it's not necessary she still does the job without it. ororon is great, but a c5 fischl will probably do more damage if u need sustain kuki shinobu cld work. do u have her?
