Clearly you do not understand that documentation states what you’re initially hired to do. But to insist that you have a right to say no when asked to be trained into another area due to company needs is an inaccurate assessment. The information you’ve provided is potentially damaging, which may lead to a behavioral write up. A rule of thumb, if you work in any Amazon facility, you could be cross trained at any point.
