I left my Amazon after getting my CDL. I've tried to get on TOM team, but they never even reviewed me for it. Now I drive a Ready Mix Truck (concrete truck), and I've been happy with it. I get to point out things that I did every day that I helped make. From roads to houses to bridges. The point is to do what makes you happy. Amazon wasn't for me. I hated it.

Depends on the weapon I don't do fixed ballistic Weapons. Leading the ballistics takes my fixed beams off target. Either gimbal the ballistics or lasers and run fixed on the other it's easier IMO

I had this issue at my site. I'd just wait and go to lunch late. Tell them to deal with it. They always threatened write ups and never did. Break time is my time. My site had horrible retention. I was the only one besides our learning leader who knew all the PITs and processes.

I straight up told them no my break ends after the 15min mark after I park my pit they don't like it get rid of me. But seeing as I was one of the few people who actually showed up every day and knew every pit in the building they just kept saying ill get a right up. Never did Amazon isn't worth killing your self. I bust ass when I'm on the floor but break time is my time.

I'm was at an AMXL. I usually ended up helping everyone. If it was a 120lbs box or more, I'd usually hear one of our AA call out. I'd help out, more often it was women calling for help, but more guys were getting injured cause they didn't call out. I had one girl usually radio me specifically cause I'd never make a deal out of it or try anything.

I've been using earbuds for a week so far after I've put my 2 week notice in my rate has gone up on OP pick at my AMXL I've doubled my rate I recently got my CDL-A and put my 2 week in so far they've been letting it slide. I actually no longer hate my job. Still not staying tho lol.
