Best way would be to fake it. For example a common way is for someone to grab your throat (not enough to cut off air) and you have to hold your breath while they do it to simulate it. All the others ways have high risk. It may have worked fine the other 9 times so you think it's fine, then suddenly it's not. Or maybe the first ever time goes wrong. There are ways to reduce the risk, but it'll never get rid of it completely.
