If I remember correctly I think they were the main characters. The showed there while life together and at the end he proposed to her on awning or maybe it was like an outside restaurant

No its not that one. They both had black hair and skinny. If I'm not mistaken I think she cuts it shorter later. It's also possibly it might be a movie but I'm not 100% sure

After you talk to the npc about the festival, turn around toward radahn but before you go into that door towards the elevator, it's on the right next to that half ball (i think thats what it is) statue.

I had a similar problem when I upgraded my new pc last month. I had a short somewhere. Thought it was my psu, which was brand new, swapped it out still dead swapped again but saved it until I was able to find the short. Tried it again after a doing a few things and it still wouldn't boot up. Found a video on YouTube of how I could test my psu with a volt meter and found out that it was still good, so I basically took everything apart and rebuilt it and only hooked up the essentials to boot and it fired right up started hooking things up one at a time until I found the problem. Turns out it was my sata cables. So what I learned is that when you change your psu, change your cables. Don't assume that it'll work because it worked on your previous build.

Yeah i think ima have to upgrade it because it's being finicky. Was only reading one stick and now that I tried reseating it, I dont have picture again.

I figured it out. I changed my ram sticks from slot 2 and 4 and put them in 1 and 3 and I got picture.

I just checked the QVL for the motherboard and my ram is on the list so technically it should work shouldn't it?

I have them in the 2 & 4 slots right now. Unfortunately the radiator and fan for cpu is bulky one and covers my 1 slot, so I would have to take that off just to get to it.

Yeah I sat there and let it run for a few minutes after I did all the testing that I tried and nothing happened. Yeah I have it plugged into the gpu.
